Gants Mill is the perfect romantic venue for your country wedding, where you can be confident of an enchanting and memorable day.

We are Greg and Elaine.  Elaine was brought up at Gants Mill, where we held our own wedding reception.  We are delighted to be able to offer you the same magical experience that we enjoyed.

You can see weddings here on the video at the bottom of the page.

"There are no words to describe just how grateful we are to you for hosting our wedding that was better than we could ever have imagined.  We and our friends had such a  wonderful time.  We hope that you can continue to make dreams come true for others as you did for us.

"Now that our wedding is over and the dust has settled, a thank you. The setting was fabulous, the marquee and furniture excellent and we enjoyed “The Royal Flush”! Your support beforehand was first class and your helpful suggestions were well timed and useful. Your attention to detail throughout the day was immaculate. Thank you a million Greg.

"We wanted to thank you again. It really did turn out to be our dream day; in fact several people commented that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to! Not only was the venue perfect but your help and guidance were invaluable. As well as your great advice and guidance during the weeks before, you also achieved a perfect balance on the day of being in the background, and helping out by doing the right things at the right time. Several people also commented on how brilliant you were at this. Bruton and Gants Mill now feel like our special place."

"How can we begin to thank you for what turned out to be an utterly fantastic party. It was a superb day in a superb setting, and you and your team were terrific. We had a beautiful party in a truly delightful setting. Everybody has asked us how we found you and have heaped superlatives and lavish praise, like “the setting is better than the Monet gardens in France!”, “stupendous party!”, “you made our day”, etc.   Greg, a huge thank you – we enjoyed our own party and we know everybody else did!!

"Gants Mill was recommended to us by a friend who only wished Greg had been around when she got married…..and we weren’t disappointed.  The setting is magical, with the gardens so colourful and beautifully kept, a stunning backdrop for that perfect photo.  Greg – your passion for your business shone. You helped to make sure our day was faultless and we thank you for that.

We have so many happy memories, and when we look back through our photos, each has one thing in common – everyone is smiling.  Our guests have given so many compliments since, from the venue to the caterers you kindly recommended, and we will always remember our special day with such happiness.

"What a wonderful day we had at your beautiful Mill!  It was a really fantastic day made easy by your great gift of making everyone feel at ease and welcome. The whole setting was absolutely first class and from all the notes and letters we have received from our guests they all agree too.

The weather was brilliant as well, we wouldn't be surprised if you had booked it especially!!

After the wedding, slip down between the chocolate satin sheets in the beautiful ensuite bridal bedroom at Gants Mill.  Wake gently to the soothing sounds of the mill waterfall before enjoying a delicious breakfast in the main house.   The bridal bedroom in the farmhouse, with the chocolate satin sheets and magical stargazer bed.

The B&B was also an absolute treat in a lovely home, and you should all feel a great sense of pride and achievement in what you do.  Can't wait to come and see you both in the very near future.
Paul & Julie"
